Step-by-Step Process to Download Intimation Letter
Follow the steps below to download your intimation letter for admission:
- Visit the official website:
Go to www.ofssbihar.net. - Click on “Student Login”:
Find and click the “Student Login” link on the homepage. - Enter your credentials:
- Enter your CAF Number/Barcode Number
- Enter your Registered Mobile Number
- Click Submit
- Download Intimation Letter:
After logging in, click on “Download Intimation Letter”.
Save the PDF and take a printout.
Admission Process After Downloading Intimation Letter
After downloading the letter, follow these steps for admission at the allotted school or college:
- Visit the allotted school/college within the given time.
- Submit the following documents:
- Intimation Letter (printed copy)
- 10th Marksheet & Certificate
- Transfer Certificate (TC/SLC)
- Character Certificate
- Passport-size Photographs
- Caste/Residential/Income Certificate (if applicable)
- Aadhar Card (for identity verification)
- Pay the admission fee as prescribed by the institution.
- Collect the admission receipt and confirm your enrollment.
Slide-Up Option (Upgrade Choice)
If you are not satisfied with the current allotment, you can choose the Slide-Up Option for higher priority schools (if selected in your CAF form).
But remember: You must take admission first in the allotted school before applying for slide-up.
