What is BCECE?
BCECE stands for Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination, conducted by the BCECE Board. This is a state-level entrance test for students seeking admission into undergraduate courses in disciplines such as:

Tie-Breaking Criteria
In case two or more candidates obtain the same marks, the following tie-breaking criteria will be applied:
- Marks in Mathematics – Candidate with higher marks in Mathematics will be ranked higher.
- Marks in Physics – If marks in Mathematics are the same, then marks in Physics will be considered.
- Older Age – Candidate who is older in age will be given preference.
- Alphabetical Order – If all the above are equal, then the alphabetical order of the name will be considered.
BCECE Cut-Off 2025
The cut-off marks are the minimum marks required to qualify for admission. It varies depending on the course, category, and the number of candidates appearing. The BCECEB will release category-wise and course-wise cut-off marks on its website.
